Please note: This is a shorter onboarding semester. Dance class runs all year. If your child wishes to continue into the summer and fall, there will be another payment due before the next session. Summer semester will begin in June, and fall semester begins in August, running a full 16 weeks.
First Steps/Dance Discovery (Age 2-3) *if your child turns three during this date range, this is the class for them, and they can move up in the summer semester April 22nd - May 20th Fridays 10:00-10:25 Fee $55
The first step for aspiring dancers or any child that enjoys movement. Class will focus on imaginative stretches, exercises, and games that will build confidence and introduce the child to the world of music, rhythm, and dance. This gentle introduction to dance concepts (such as balance, rhythm and music appreciation) will aid in developing spatial awareness and motor skills.

Creative Movement (Age 3) April 22nd - May 20th Fridays 10:30-11:00 Fee $60
In this class, we will begin learning basic dance steps and body placement through playful movement exercises with elements of storytelling. Stretches and activities are geared toward engaging the whole child and teaching them to express themselves through music and movement. Our curriculum builds on practical and motor skills gained during this developmental stage and introduces body kinesthetic learning with tactile props and visual aids. Dance concepts such as spatial awareness, body shapes and positions, and counting music will be fun and easy to grasp! This class will give students the firm foundation they need to pursue technical training and will instill a lifelong relationship with the arts. Pre Ballet (Ages 4-5) April 22nd - May 20th Fridays 11:05-11:50 Fee $65
At this early stage, young dancers learn basic ballet technique using fun and imaginative stretching and movement exercises. This gentle introduction to classical ballet will also aid in developing coordination, spatial awareness and fine and gross motor skills. Children will delight in this class that encourages imagination, creativity as well as group interaction and working together! Please note these classes are not a repeat but a progression. Dance is a discipline that requires years of training. Impact instructors pride themselves on teaching fun, new and innovative classes while providing the structure and discipline required to learn proper dance technique.
